  • What is a Virtual Accounting firm?
    A virtual Accounting firm works with various clients remotely. Save money and time in travel by meeting with us virtually.
  • What is the cost?
    Prices vary based on the involvement/complexity of your return. Once tax documents are received, we will send an Engagement Letter for your signature and payment prior to working on your return. A 50% deposit is due at time of engagement. The reaming 50% is due prior to submission to the IRS/State Agencies. If you are a first time customer, you may submit your prior year return for a quote. Please be advised we will not file your return prior to receiving payment.
  • Why should I hire you?
    We do realize there are many options when it comes to finding a CPA firm that is a great fit. Here are a few reasons why you would choose to work with us.   • How do I pay my monthly bill?
    All payments are made via ACH on the 1st of the month. Upon signing up, you authorize us to auto draft your bank account on the 1st of each month.
  • How often will I receive financial statements?
    We have quarterly and monthly options available.
  • If I have a question, how do I contact you?"
    We use Asana as our preferred communication tool with clients. It helps us keep track of our tasks as well as any requests from/to you. You will receive an invite to this platform and we will assist in the installation of this App on you phone during our kick-off meeting. Asana is the preferred method of communication, however, we do realize at times it is very easy and simple for you to forward an email to us as well. No problem.
  • What is your hourly rate for bookkeeping?
    We take the guess work out of your monthly bill by providing you with a fixed rate for the entire month. If a job takes us 60 minutes or 60 hours, your bill will not fluctuate for services covered under your monthly agreement.
  • What happens if I have a project that is outside the scope of our original engagement?
    No biggie, we will price it separately. We understand that your business needs change as your business grows, you may revise your engagement with us at anytime.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    You may cancel at anytime, we just ask for a 30 day "heads up"
  • Do you provide payroll services?
    We provide clients with access to run their own payroll in-house. For our larger clients that subscribes to our CFO services, we run the payroll for you.
  • I am currently using the desktop version of Quickbooks, am I a candidate for your services?"
    We will gladly assist with the migration from the desktop version of quickbooks to the cloud version, Quickbooks online. We no longer service bookkeeping clients using desktop platforms.
  • How you you deliver my financials statements?
    We will upload them to your client portal for retrieval.
  • How do I meet with you?
    We meet via online video chat. You may schedule your appointment using this link.
  • How to book virtual appointment?
    Book your appointment here. Once the return is drafted, we will meet with you via live chat on your PC for a "Final Review" before submission to the IRS/State Agencies.
  • What is a virtual tax appointment?
    It is a simple 3 step process to filing your taxes easily from the convenience of your own home. Step 1 - Complete Digital Organizer for your personal return and/or your business return Step 2 - Upload your tax documents to secure portal at least 3 business days prior to your scheduled virtual appointment. Step 3 - Book your virtual tax appointment to review your return before it is submitted to the IRS/State Agencies.
  • What are the required intake forms?
    Personal Tax Organizer, Business Tax Organizer, and Engagement Letter. We will send you an engagement letter which lays out the scope of our services as well as collect a 50% deposit for the service.
  • How do I submit my tax documents?
    You may submit your documents here to my secure client portal.
